Wrinkle Exercises – Get rid of the second chin

  1. Forward!

    Pull the lower part of the lower jaw forward, try to reach it as far as you can, muscles tense all the time. Do you feel how your chin works? That’s great! Hold the exercise for 10 seconds. Repeat three times.

A kiss high in the air!


Put your mouth in a spout the way you would like to give someone a kiss. Feel the muscles around your mouth tighten. Hold and raise your head high up as if you wanted to send a kiss in the air. Feel the strain on your chin and neck now. Hold for 10 seconds and return to starting position.

You can also do this exercise by turning your head to the left and right (each time taking a break in the starting position) so that you can also work on oblique muscles. Repeat 3 times on each page.

Mandible versus finger


Part your lips slightly. Place the index finger of any hand on the lower teeth and try to pull the mandible down firmly, while the mandible strongly pushing the finger up. Hold the exercise for 10 seconds. Relax and repeat the exercise 10 times (if you want of course you can change your arms)
